About

Stop guessing. Start stacking right.

StackingRight is a decision-support tool for people who take supplements seriously. It covers 31 nutrients and 91 sourced interaction rules, and pairs them with 12 in-depth guides. It is not medical advice and does not pretend to be.

The problem we started with

People stack five to fifteen supplements with essentially zero visibility into what they are doing to each other. A multivitamin, a magnesium capsule, a B-complex and a fortified protein powder can quietly deliver four times the daily magnesium requirement. A cup of coffee can cancel out an iron tablet. A thyroid tablet taken with breakfast absorbs a third less than it should.

None of that is visible on a label. Labels describe what is in the bottle, not what happens when you combine bottles, meals and prescriptions in one day.

What we built

Three engines, running on a shared clinical dataset. An intake engine that totals every nutrient across every product and compares it to reference values. An interaction engine that checks every unordered pair in your stack against sourced rules. A timing engine that places each item in the window its absorption requires and flags any pair your arrangement has not separated far enough.

On top of those sits the Stack Score, a single number with an itemised breakdown so you always know which change recovers the most points.

Principles

Cite or do not ship. Every rule links to an authoritative source. Credibility is the entire product; a plausible-sounding rule without a citation is worse than nothing.

No black boxes. Every score deduction explains itself in plain language. Every interaction shows the mechanism, not just the warning.

Respect the clinician. StackingRight is designed to make your appointment more productive, not to replace it. The PDF report exists so you can hand your provider a clean summary instead of trying to remember your stack from memory.

The habit has to be easy. A daily check-in that takes thirty seconds gets done; one that takes five minutes does not. Everything about the logging flow is built around that constraint.

Who it is for

People managing a chronic condition alongside a supplement routine — thyroid disease, cardiovascular conditions, diabetes, autoimmune conditions. People optimizing seriously for sport or recovery, where absorption genuinely changes outcomes. Clinicians and dietitians who want to see what a patient is actually taking before an appointment.

And anyone who has ever looked at a shelf of bottles and wondered whether the combinations in it made sense.

What we will never do

Sell your health data. Not to advertisers, not to supplement brands, not to insurers. Your stack and your logs are yours.

Recommend a specific product to buy. StackingRight is brand-agnostic by design. A tool that recommends supplements and also sells them has a conflict no citation can resolve.

Present itself as a substitute for a pharmacist or physician. The disclaimer is not legal boilerplate; it is an accurate description of what this tool is.

Get in touch

Corrections to rules, missing citations, and feature requests are all welcome — a wrong rule is more damaging than a missing one. If you are a clinician and want to discuss how the engine handles a specific regimen, we want that conversation.
