StackingRight is a decision-support tool, not medical advice. It cannot see your full medical history, laboratory results, or prescription regimen. Always consult your physician or pharmacist before changing your supplements or medications. If you think you are experiencing a medical emergency, contact emergency services.

What StackingRight does

StackingRight organises publicly available nutritional and pharmacological information and applies it to the supplements, medications and foods you enter. It surfaces duplicate nutrients, intakes above established upper limits, sourced interactions between substances, and timing conflicts that reduce absorption.

Its purpose is to help you ask better questions of a qualified professional. It is an information tool, in the same category as a nutrient reference handbook — not a clinical service.

What StackingRight cannot know

Your individual medical history, diagnoses and current prescriptions as your clinician knows them. Your laboratory values. Your kidney and liver function. Your genetic variants affecting absorption and metabolism. Your pregnancy or breastfeeding status. Your allergies and prior adverse reactions.

All of these materially change how any interaction should be interpreted. Two people can take the identical stack and face entirely different risks.

Specific limitations

StackingRight does not check drug-drug interactions between two prescription medications. That requires a full pharmacological interactions database and clinical context. Your pharmacist has the appropriate tool and will run it for free.

The rules in this product reflect general adult physiology. Paediatric dosing, pregnancy, lactation, renal impairment, hepatic impairment and post-bariatric absorption all fall outside the model.

The interaction rule set is not exhaustive. The absence of a warning does not mean a combination is safe; it means no sourced rule currently covers that pair at the standard we require for inclusion.

Nutrient totals are computed from reference amounts per standard serving. Actual content varies between brands, batches and product formulations, and labelling errors occur.

When to seek professional advice

Before starting, stopping or changing any prescription medication. Before adding any supplement to a regimen that includes a prescription with a narrow therapeutic index, including warfarin, levothyroxine, lithium and immunosuppressants. Before supplementing during pregnancy or breastfeeding. If you experience new symptoms after starting anything.

If you are taking a medication and considering a supplement, the fastest useful step is to ask your pharmacist. They can run a full interaction check against your actual prescriptions in minutes.

Emergencies

StackingRight is not designed for urgent situations and cannot respond to them. If you are experiencing chest pain, difficulty breathing, severe bleeding, signs of serotonin syndrome such as agitation with tremor and fever, or any other acute symptom, contact emergency services immediately.

No warranty
